Commercial Plot is double the cost of the land.
Payment for documentation with respect to a commercial plot or ownership in the name of a company is double the cost of documentation.
6. What other payments are included asides the price of the land?
Developmental and Documentation Fee which costs and annual maintenance fees
7. What infrastructure would the development fee cover?
Perimeter fencing, Land Clearing, Gate house and Land Parcellation
8. What documents would be given upon initial deposit?
Receipts and Contract of Sale
10. When would the plot be allocated?
The plot would be allocated once you pay 30% of the total cost of developmental and documentation fee.
11. Any limit to commence construction?
Construction commences immediately once the building plan has been approved. (By estate technical team and Govt regulatory agencies)
12. Can I resell my property?
Yes, The subscriber who pays up on their land can resell their plot. However, the subscriber has to return all original documents and also come to the company with the new buyer to effect the 5% change of ownership.
13. How can I make payment?
We strongly advise that all payments should be made to PERTINENCE PROPERTIES LIMITED at its designated banks. Otherwise, cheques should be issued in favor of PERTINENCE PROPERTIES LIMITED. The company shall not accept any responsibility for any liability that may arise, as a result of deviation from the above instruction.
14. Are there any restrictions on building types?
No, however approvals are necessary before construction begins
15. Can I have a survey for more than one plot?
Yes, However payments for each survey (per plot) will be made in accordance with the number of plots purchased.
